Hey Everybody, ever since I have moved to colorado I've been thinking that
I don't have any friends
Colorado is different
I miss my friends
I miss my relatives
I miss Utah
BUT
I have a great life and I am grateful
I am blessed with so much and I am thankful
Everything is wonderful in this world and I am
HAPPY!
"Colorado will be an amazing adventure"that is what everyone has been telling me, and they are right.
Even though I have no friends, and I miss everyone I can still make the best of it with what I have right now

ReplyDeleteWow. I am so proud of you. Really your attitude is amazing Ash. You are so positive and have such an optimistic attitude about the move to CO. As a mom I am so lucky to have a girl like you. YOU will do so great here and make plenty of friends and love school and swimming all over again. Thank you for your example to ME! I love u! and so far...our adventure has been pretty cool right?!

Ash I know you will do great there. It sounds like you already are. I'm so proud of you! At your age, I would probably be pouting around and being a brat, but you are being brave and very optimistic (you must get it from your mom :) You may have some hard days ahead, but you are so darling inside and out, that you'll make a gagillion friends and start a ton of activities and be with your family and just have a blast. I miss you!! Keep posting so I can keep up with you :) Love you
ReplyDeleteOh, Ash, I too am so proud of you. What a wonderful attitude you have and it is so mature. That is a tribute to you. I miss you also and hope to see you soon. It won't be long until you make some friends. It will never be the same as SLC but it will be a good kind of different and that is cool too. (p s you don't have dirty blond hair! Your hair is pretty and striking on you as are your eyes!)

Isn't moving hard? We only moved 5 miles away and all of my kids were so sad! But you are doing great! Pretty soon you will be making friends and laughing and having fun again. You are so lucky to have such a great mom and dad! Keep the faith!
